Having a spiritual relationship with God is a precious treasure. As I’m reading this book, I can feel the Holy Spirit jumping off the pages. I’ve been truly blessed reading this book and knowing I’m not alone in my own personal struggles. Reading Chapter 12, about reflecting on “words of wisdom”. I ask God to guide me as I’m reading them and many of them were revealed. This book has blessed me!
This book is one of the best, easy to read books I have read in a while. Views from a young person on what they are dealing with today spiritually. The Author is not afraid to talk about things from the past and how he dealt with them then and now. Things a lot of our young and older people face today. Great Read.
From page one I was captured by your words as if you were sharing them from across the kitchen table. Your transparency and the wonderful way you expressed yourself as you described your experiences and feelings. In flowing conversation, your book describes real life and the struggles that real people face. You didn’t present a shallow fairy tale solution but a true one that includes struggles as well as victories when we seek God.
The author has an amazing ability to be introspective. Thinks deeply about his place in life and how his thoughts either bad or good can affect his direction in life. The Going Deeper sections have excellent insight and are very meaningful. The author shows excellent insight when he recognizes his personality and mental uniqueness as an asset and not a hindrance. Ultimately the book is a nice relaxing read with many opportunities to be challenged.
